we watched the prestige today, due to cancellation of tutorial and attendance redundance at an afternoon lecture. coooool combination huh. it was pretty good, lots of twists and turns, used up a considerable amount of brain cells. after some intellectual discourse with a counterpart, though, we found that there were some loopholes in some parts that were abit confusing and unreal. which discounts it a little. but oh wells it IS a movie, a fictitious one at that. nevermind. we'd rather leave with the impression that it was 8 buckaroos well spent. which, in a way it was, judging by how absorbed we were and the fact that we were sitting there instead of in some lt with hard cold seats. we went shopping! 3 cavewomen in a large air-conditioned mall is really something, ok. haha. n yes, we should go subway again! mayb stage silent protests in sch for one to be set up. ah, u did not hear it from me. it was NOT a suggestion, just an opinion(re:fair comment as defense)(i think) ah, shut up ros.

i wonder if they'll google the word "protest", find web pages fr sgp, n find me.
now THAT wld be scary.

i was thinking if there was another way to view the world. i wonder what it'd be like not to be able to see. will the darkness be terrifying, or liberating? when i try to walk with my eyes closed, i am afraid to take steps forward, even though i know that there's ample space to move about, and in familiar grounds where i had trodden( i.e my humble abode). im always thinking i'd walk into chairs, collide into walls or edges of them...maybe cos that happens when my eyes are open. haha. how do those ppl who are born that way bravely walk through life so confidently, i wonder. my hats off to them. sometimes i wonder, if i live my life that way, would it be more liberating, will things be clearer when i'm not distracted by the million and one things that's happening around me?people who cant see tend to have more acute hearing, and are able to interpret tones of voice better. sincerity can be pretty difficult to detect sometimes. i think. let the flowers wilt away, let them wither in the parched sun and strong winds. then u'll know who stays. then u'll know who stays.

just a random thought.
